The Company:
Stabilite was formed in 1990 focused on a wide variety of On/Off Axis
Aspheres and other difficult to manufacture optics. Unsatisfied with mirror
blank technology, we became Stabilite to focus on thermally and dimensionally
stable lighweight blanks. Stabilite spent several years of research, resulting
in perfected kiln design, computer control systems, efficient heating
sytems, new mold technology and superior materials to manufacture the
finest blanks available.
Today, the company is still known for it's ability to manufacture difficult optics, solve customer problems, and now
provide the most stable lighweight optics in the world.
